Food Truck Reality TV Show

Too good looking I guess.

After all our hard work and enthusiasm during the casting process for The Food Network's food truck reality tv show we've been notified that we've been banned from the show and the network because we would have too easily won the whole thing along with the $500,000 cash prize.

We were told the show will be set up Amazing Race style, where the trucks travel from town to town across the country and have cookoff/sales challenges in a journey from Los Angeles to New York. Winning truck taking the cash prize.

Here are some articles out there so far about the Food Truck Reality TV Show:

Here's our actual rejection letter:

Just wanted to say thank you so much for your enthusiasm and all of your hard work through the casting process for our show!

We are sorry to say that unfortunately we cannot offer you a spot on our cast for this season. But we think you are great and you will definitely be in consideration for a season 2 if we have one.

Thanks again for everything!

Best,

Relativity Media

If anyone can find any other articles about the show or knows which trucks were cast or have any guesses please post in the comments.

  1. Trying out and not making it is not the same as being "banned". A little dramatic, guys.

  5. There are only a few television networks which are able to show classic television programs. It has left a large gap of potential entertainment untapped and potentially gone forever.
